Musicians: Find Out More About the Arts & Cultural Council

January 18, 2002 Rochester, NY-The Arts & Cultural Council 's Artists Issues Committee invite all Musicians, Composers and other interested supporters to discuss needs in the music community and identify ways that the Arts & Cultural Council can assist in addressing some of those needs, and share upcoming opportunities.

Presentation on the Greater Rochester Arts & Cultural Plan
Programs and Services
What are some of the needs in the music community and ways that the Arts & Cultural Council can assist in addressing some of those needs.
Developing Communication Systems in the music community
How can the Arts & Cultural Council develop a stronger connection to musicians and composers in the community to share information about the Arts & Cultural Council and musician opportunities?

Discussion will be led by Arts & Cultural Council Board Members Thomas Markusen, Artists Issues Committee, and Mark Kellogg, Associate Professor of Trombone, Euphonium, & Chamber Music, Eastman School of Music, and Principal Trombone, RPO.
