UPCOMING DEADLINES
FOR SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY STIPENDS
The Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester and New York Foundation for the Arts announce the 1998-99 Special Opportunity Stipends (S.O.S.) program in the Genesee Valley/Finger Lakes Region. The program provides stipends for visual, performing and literary artists to take advantage of opportunities that will help further their careers.
The Special Opportunity Stipend program is funded by New York State Council on the Arts through the New York Foundation for the Arts. The program is administered by the Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester in association with area arts councils.
