Murray, President of Rel Comm Inc. for the donation of a network server and Gary DeWitt for his many hours of volunteer computer support in 2003.
• Recognition of the 2003 Volunteer of the Year, Elizabeth Fomin of Elizabeth A. Fomin Interior Design/Space Planning, in recognition of her many hours of work in designing the Arts & Cultural Council’s new offices and gallery space.
