Fireworks and Bush Mango kick off coldrush

January 9, 2003 Rochester, NY—It’s back Rochester. Bundle up and join in Rochester’s 2003 coldrush kick off celebration on Saturday, January 11 at High Falls with events beginning at 6:00 p.m. See the Great Falls of Fire fireworks display and the laser show, and listen to the Bush Mango drummers heat things up with West African music and dance.

Following the performance on the bridge, join the Bush Mango crew in the High Falls Center for more dancing, music and refreshments in the art gallery. Bush Mango Drum and Dance performs traditional drum and dance from West Africa, and is led by music director Blair Hornbuckle and artistic director Colleen Hendrick.

Join us at the Center at High Falls Museum and Gallery. The cost is free! Plus, learn all about the many cool things to do throughout our region all winter long.
