Arts & Cultural Council receives $7,500 Grant from The JPMorgan Chase Foundation

Rochester, NY September 3, 2002- The Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester is pleased to announce that it is a recipient of grant for $7,500 through the JPMorgan Chase Foundation's Arts & Culture Grants Program.


The grant will work to serve hundreds of individual artists and cultural organizations throughout the community. "We are extremely grateful for this very generous gift, as well as the continuing support of JPMorgan Chase." says Sarah E. Lentini, Executive Director of the Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester.

Barbara Jones, Vice President of JPMorgan Chase, states "We are pleased to support the Arts Council's important work as a convener and funder for artists and arts organizations."

The mission of the Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester is to develop, promote and strengthen the cultural industry for the benefit of the people in the Rochester region.
