THE ARTS AND CULTURAL COUNCIL ANNOUNCES GRANT APPLICATION DEADLINE FOR
SPECIAL OPPORTUNITY STIPENDS (S.O.S)
ROCHESTER, NY – Applications for Special Opportunity Stipends must be submitted to the Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester, 277 N. Goodman St., Rochester, 14620, by September 28th, 5:00 p.m.
S.O.S., a project of New York Foundation for the Arts, working in collaboration with arts councils and cultural organizations across New York State, is designed to help individual artists of all disciplines take advantage of unique opportunities that will significantly benefit their work or career development. Literary, media, visual, music, and theater artists may request support ranging from $100 to $600 for specific, forthcoming opportunities that are distinct from work in progress.
