Announces Special Opportunity Stipends Recipients
The Arts & Cultural Council for Greater Rochester and the New York Foundation for the Arts announce the recipients of Special Opportunity Stipends (S.O.S.) in the Genesee Valley/Finger Lakes Region. The S.O.S. program provides stipends for artists to take advantage of opportunities that will help further their careers.
Thirteen visual and performing artists received a total of $5,600 in funding. The New York State Council on the Arts, through the New York Foundation for the Arts, funds the S.O.S. program.
