Finding an Event
Thank you for using our community calendar. The Arts & Cultural Council works in partnership with our membership across a broad spectrum of organizations to provide the community with a calendar rich with activities. Donations will help defray the cost of this importance service, and ensure its continuation in the future.
SEARCH OPTIONS
By Date:
You choose a particular date by selecting the month, day, and year, and clicking Go.
You can chose a Week, 2-Week, Month, or Year period by clicking on the left hand tabs.
You can move forward or backward a time period by clicking on the triple arrows >>>.
By Organization:
A Cultural Calendar for Greater Rochester, NY includes all the events for all organizations and all categories.
If you would like to narrow it down, choose a single organization by selecting it from the Calendar list and clicking Go.
To choose a group of organizations click on Select From Full List from the drop down Calendar box, then click Go. In the Select one or more calendars box highlight each desired organization by clicking on it and holding down the control key for each additional organization you select. Click View Selected Calendar(s). Move the dates forward to the desired timeframe.
By Category
Click on a single category in the Category drop box and click Go.
To chose multiple categories click on Select Multiple, and click Go. Then in the Select one or more categories box highlight each desired category by clicking on it and holding down the control key for each additional category you select. Click Filter on selected category(s). Move the dates forward to the desired timeframe.
By Words
Click on the Search button on the WebEvent bar, enter a keyword, click Search.
By Age Group
The calendar is not directly sortable by age, but every event lists the age group. You can use the word search above for words like families, youth, all ages, etc.
Calendar or List Format
As a guest you can change the format of the calendar by clicking on the Cal link to see a calendar grid or by clicking on List to see the events in a list format.
