Legal Assistance Program

The Arts Council facilitates a roster of lawyers who are willing to accept pro bono clients. Issues may include copyright, not-for-profit incorporation, tax-exempt status, business disputes, and contracts.

Eligibility is based on income qualification.

Additionally, the Arts Council occasionally offers workshops on legal issues that are of interest to artists or arts organizations.
